Age Verification & Identity Confirmation
You must be at least 21 years old to use the z777 platform. No one below this age limit may participate on this platform. z777 may request the necessary documents for age and identity verification at any time.
If it is found that a user is under 21, that account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited. Protecting minors from gaming is one of our highest priorities.

Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below this amount will be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, this time may be extended if identity verification or a security review is required.

4.5 Declined Transactions

Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,000 in bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Alternatively, depositing ৳32,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers before withdrawing bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own detailed terms, which will be stated alongside the offer.
- Bonuses may only be used on designated games on the z777 platform.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they may only be used in games.
- Bonuses may be cancelled in the case of any irregular or strategic wagering.
- Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- z777 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
5.4 VIP Program
The z777 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.7%; Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.0%. You can advance to a higher tier based on regular gaming activity.
Gameplay & Fair Play
All games on the z777 platform are operated by verified third-party software providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. These games follow fair play principles.
Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Neither z777 nor its staff interfere with game results in any way.
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error or system failure, z777 will attempt to refund the bet for that game. However, the decision of the software provider will be considered final.
Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

z777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason — particularly on suspicion of a breach of these Terms — without prior notice.
8.2 User's Rights

8.3 Balance After Closure
If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bonuses and bonus winnings will be forfeited. However, z777 will consider returning any legitimately earned real deposits, subject to the outcome of any investigation.
